We were commissioned by Nike to create an original artwork for their fanwall installation situated on the mezzanine level within the House Of Innovation, Paris. The artwork explores the story of the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% shoe, from the original testing conducted at the Nike Sports Research Lab, through to the design phase and finally ending with Nike’s vision of the future of fast. The piece also touches upon the involvement of marathon world record holder Eliud Kipchoge in the design process of this iconic running sneaker.
The installation itself is made from a bank of 11&#215;4 fans, that when moving create an image that allows for a level of transparency, giving an almost holographic viewing experience.
